Embrace the dynamic sound of the shamanic drum, as we embark on an inward journey, through different realms, encountering spirit guides, and power animals, to receive wisdom, guidance, and healing.

This next event will focus on the Sacral Chakra for healing, integrating grounding, body-mind, and spirit yoga, which will assist in allowing prana (life force energy) to move through the physical body, releasing any stagnant energy. There will be an opportunity to share your shamanic experience with the group, which is a great way to connect to yourself on a deeper level and with the support of like-minded people. Please bring a pen and a pad to journal, an eye mask or scarf, and a blanket to this event. Yoga mats are provided. Limited to 10 spaces.
